Day 1 First cycle With Updates

Just Pinned today was so scared and excited at the same time!

I weighed in at 171 pounds at 5'6" age 25
BF is roughly 12%

Im on a 12 week cycle of Test E @ 500mg/week

Ill get pics up later today to show my natural build.

I plan on updateing this thread every few days.

Any tips warnigs or advice is sincerly appreciated!
 
im on my first cycle ... week 4 today starting to get results... only tips is have your diet in check and hit gym hard... stay dedicated bro ..and good luck
 
Ya

1. always have what you might need on hand before you even start the cycle. Ie everything you need for pct, anything you may need if side effects come up..

Do not get caught with your dick in your hand. Better to have and not need then to need and not have.


2. Drink water. It worked in the army and it works with health and fitness too.

3. Always take your flinstones. Or at least some kind of vitamin

4. If you are running a oral steroid always run liver support with it. Why chance it when it only cost 30 bucks if that for a good liver support.

5. if you have a drinking problem then fix it or dont use steroids.

6. You get out of it what you put into it.
 
Great stuff guys im not a drinker so the Booze is on check, i have my Adex and Nolva already so i am prepared for any sides.

I hope to get Pre cycle pics up by tonight. Man i hope this goes well im so excited!
 
Good luck bro, all I can say is eat! That is key, I had a few bad weeks during my cycle where I lost the will to eat big and it showed; you won't gain shit unless you eat like a horse.

Ya i read you thread, it made me want to do mine just like yours. So after i eat and shower (just got home from work) ill get some pics up.
 
Well Its my second day into cycle and i cant wait to pin again already, bin hitting the gym and eating as much as i can. Getting all my protein and carbs in. Surprised my thigh isnt as sore as i thought it would be.

Anyways ill post pics after 1 week. Probally wont be much change yet but ill post em anyways. Later!
 
Yup - if you feel it now - it's in your head. it will take at least 4 weeks to really kick in. Great enthusiasm though and nice pics - good starting point for a cycle. Make sure you pay as much attention to the diet as the gear and weights. 20# gain with 1/2 being fat will not make you happy. Do your diet and try to standardize it so you don't spend hours a day looking up calories on foods. And make sure you eat every 2 -3 hours while on cycle - that and the type of food will determine % muscle gained!

Lol i agree it may be in my head, but just the thought of it has me pumped up for results!

My diet is all pre planned, i make all my food ahead of time and seal it all up. normally make 5 days worth at a time. Bin trying for a very lean diet but with max calories its pretty tough to get 4000 when u eat so healthy! but i keep cramming my mouth!

Basicly ive bin eating Bonless chicken breast,bown rice bannanas avacodos cottage cheese eggs salmon oysters mussels, extra lean beef pasta and bin makeing homemade soups.

Made a type of ragu almost with Tomatobasil sauce brown rice and cut up chickin with mushrooms. its pretty dam good.

Good job - you have a protein/carb shake immediately after workout, right? and the cottage cheese (casein) before bed?

go to costco and buy some turkey burgers. they have a pack with 15 burgers for like $7 and one burger has like 35g of protein and only 6g of fat.. shit is good too

Yup i do, i did my homework on all of my diet. Im going to post 2 week pics soon. im up 10 pounds already. maybe its the diet maybe its the AAS but either way im getting bigger.
 
diet is what makes you what you are man, nobody seems to realize how important food is, it's the most anabolic thing you can put in your body, when you eat right and exercise right you feel and look fucking awesome...

it just goes to show, i have a bunch of friends that take pro hormones and they look like shit compared to me (natural) because i believe in diet...yeah i'll pick up on aas but not yet...i'm only 19..
 
Ok its been 2 weeks just did my 4th pin today! So far im up 10 pounds could be diet could be the AAS. Whatever the case is things are going well so far. Tho i developed a twitch lol its on my bottom left lip, only happens sometimes. never had it before so ya.

Ima get some pics up later today after the gym and hopefully maybe there is a difference in shape or something. Probally wont be much tho.

Im feeling stronger and my muscles feel firm all the time too.

I havnt felt any sides yet tho i think ima start my Arimidex this week throughout the rest of my 10 weeks.

Libido has been insane tho, thank god i have a GF ;) anywho tho ill keep in touch!
