Dbol and shin splints

I've been taking 450mg weekly of test prop, and 40mg of dbol daily. I'm in my junior year of college football. With that being said, running is definitely a part of my team's workout we do 4 days a week. The problem I ran into though, is that when we did running (especially short sprints), my shins, and calves would feel like they were swelled up and on fire!!

I stopped taking the dbol after just two weeks. Is this a normal side of doing cardio while on dbol or is my gear bunk?

Is there any compound I can take that can help improve my cardio? Thanks in advance bros.

i would think that your calves would get a killer pump, cuz mine do when sprinting. not sure about the shin splits, never had 'em. products like NO-explode are touted to help with endurance, but no such luck with them here.

yeah im gonna kinda play off of mr. Sustanon (sust) on this one. I think it's a mixture of the pumps ur getting, and don't single out dbol, it could be both the dbol and the prop....but the pumps can create a firey feeling occasionally just as if u were using any other bodypart. Work through it man....btw what division r u playing...do they random drug test? or is it just in the ncaa playoffs

even mild treadmill cardio becomes quite painful in my ankle shin area after about 15 minutes while running even light doses of prop. I always attributed it to the slight, hardly visible, swelling due to waterwieght etc.

its waterweight. I get it when I'm on Dbol, as soon as I zap it with some letro all is good.

Adex etc aren't powerful enough to remove 100% waterweight though, u gotta hit the letro

Mine were terrible, it was the outside of my calf that got really pumped and not the front like shine splints. stretch and ice them when you are done also you might try a different shoe or cleat.

Not that its not the dbol, but while i was in the army i ran alot, and used to get alot of shin splints/knee/calf pain. I found one shoe inparticular that would support my arch type better (in my foot) and that pretty much got rid of all the pain. It would usually return after about 100miles on the shoes, then i would go get a new pair. not saying for sure, but you might try to get a shoe/insert that caters to your arch type better.

i cant run at all right now. when i just walk my dog my calfs get pumped like im doin raises, and then i get shin splints too. but also when i run my lower back gets crazy pumped too and this stuff only happens when i take dboll.

I have been off of the dbol for about a week now. We did not run this week (thank god), but we did our usual lifting and I did not notice any pain in my calf/shin area. I will be running tomorrow and in the next couple of days. If my shins still burn, then it's the prop that's doing it, but at this point I am fairly certain that dbol is the culprit. :goof:

i dont see how the hell you are running on Dbol anyway...I tried Tbol and the back pumps where so painful I had to give up running all together while on it....Certainly has steered me away from orals...
