Dbol keeping size question...

I totally understand IV been training for several years..love it..and learning stuff everyday. I still have alot to learn "understand truly' about gear hence why I signed up here to spend time reading stickys and making posts. I really enjoy getting insites from vets. As I continue my diet and training I'm just trying to find ways to better everything even if I do a cycle here and there. I like to hear personal experience s from certain compounds even if everything varys from person to person.
 
Your best bet is to keep the dosage as low as possible. 500mgs of test per week alone is more then adequate. It really is all diet. Training techniques only come into play when diet is dialed in. Once diet is g2g, you can play with training techniques. Gear really is the last equation. Once you start adding compounds, you have to adjust diet and training too. More gear doesn't equal more gains. Usually more food does. Beginners don't realize how much food it takes and generally can't afford to eat properly or are too lazy to do so. It's a long term commitment that not many can do. I myself included.
 
Lol yeah your right I spend a third of my check on food. I know there's so many factors but IV always been under the impression get over maintance a bit. With quality foods. How many calories over maintance you talking about. So I dial it in better.

500 over TDEE is a good starting point. Ideally you adjust on the fly as caloric needs do go up as you put on mass. Stalling? Add more cals. Gaining fat? Decrease them a bit. ;)
