Dbol/Test/Equi/Tbol

good deal buddy...keep it up. Any cardio? What is your workout schedule?

Cut the cardio out for now, workout schedule as follows

Monday- Chest/Core/Triceps
Tuesday- Shoulders/Core/Biceps
Wednesday- Back/Core/Lower - Injection Day
Thursday- Chest/Core/Triceps/Biceps
Friday- Bench/Squats/Dead Lift
Saturday- Shoulders/Core
Sunday- NFL/Couch/Wings - Injection Day

Nothing fancy
 
Day 22- 207lbs dry. Only one more week of this "Dbol" really don't want it to end...already counting down the days to the adrol

I've seen good gains in shoulders and chest. Really looking forward to this test and equi to start hitting. I have started noticing my veins are turning a really bright bright blue now under my skin. No popping out yet really but still looks pretty sweet, especially in my neck,shoulders and traps.

Really need to get some photos up here.
 
No way your BF% is under 10% based on your pre-cycle pics. I'm 12% in my avatar. Not trying to flame you bro and I don't mean any disrespect but you could have got those results without a stacked AAS cycle. Especially at your age, might want to give that more consideration for future cycles.
 
I just noticed that in my original post lol, 9% sure would be nice...I literally just got it done yesterday with that fat measuring tool and came out to 14.5%. In regards to "getting results without stacked cycle " What do you mean ? I went from 188 to 208 now in three weeks...I don't see how that would be possible without dbol...my goals are to stack as much mass as possible in the next 3 months, are you suggesting that I'm not ready for AAS ? Not getting upset just looking for your opinion.

Yeah 14.5% sounds better. 20lbs in 3 weeks is a huge fucking gain and props to you on that bro, but a lot of that might be water retention on cycle from the dbol.

Are you taking any form of Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on cycle or plan to during pct?

I posted this because 5'11" at 188 is decent but not huge, and not at over 14%BF. IMO you should have dropped body fat and continued to lean bulk before getting on AAS. Fat cells give a greater predisposition for estrogen to aromatize, as well as having higher estrogen content.

I just feel like you should have cut down, and increased in mass through natural bulking with a diet for awhile. Getting on AAS early will hinder future gains.

Based on that: enjoy your gains but after this cycle maybe consider bulking up naturally through diet as much as possible for 2-3 years before getting on AAS again. That's personally what I would do. I'm 24 as well and I gained 20lbs through diet in a little over a year, my diet is perfectly laid out.

Also, if you are packing on as much mass as you can in the next 3 months for a bodybuilding show or powerlifting meet, that's your choice. Aside from competition, AAS wouldn't be worth the health risks imo.
 
I have Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand if I need it, and I totally hear where you're coming from with going natural. It comes down to personal choice from person to person. I appreciate your input though, I'll make sure to keep it in the back of my mind later down the road when I decide whether or not to go natural or to cycle again. Thanks bud

Really looking forward to the upcoming weeks, have noticed some really nice gains in strength and endurance.
