DC Training while on Cycle

Hey I hve a few questions. First off I was wondering if someone could help me get this shoulder stretch right, I mean I think I know what im doing but im having problems gaining mass on my shoulders, the gains are a lot less from all my other body parts. For my 3 diff exercises I do dumbell military press, smith machine press and flys. I use DC strecthing for the shoulders.
Also another very important question is I usually do mon,wed,fri schedule when im natural but when I go on my cycle I was wondering if I should bump it to mon,tues,thurs,fri. I am going to have a lot of test and Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) while im on this cycle so im assuming that my recovery abilities will be real well?

Ok first off, Flyes for shoulders?, lets go with Smythe Military, Smythe Behind the Necks, and any other shoulder press machine you have in the gym. For the stretch, in the Smythe, bring the bar up to chest height, turn around, face away form the bar, reach back grab the bar with a underhand grip, so the back of your hand is facing the ground, now walk out as far as you can from the bar til your arms are straight, now shrug your shoulders down a bit towards the floor, this will stretch them even farther. No when you are "on", you will lift heavier and heavier weight and you will still have the same recovery, it may change a bit due to being "on" but with the heavier weights and more intensity you will see what happens, so you will be lifting more intense so you will need the same days off for recouperation and your cruise periods will come quicker due to heavier weights being used...
 
ok thanks a lot... What are the 3 best work outs for shoulders? Actually I was curious if you could tell me the 3 best exercises for all body parts because I want to get the most out of this (im sorry if im wasting your time here). For the cycle that im taking, like I said im taking over what I should be taking so im sure I can get away with lifting 4 days a week but if you think im incorrect then I guess I will go with 3. Its just that I used to lift 5 days a week when I was just on a 250mg/week test and I gained 15lb, so im assuming that if im now taking 750mg/week with dbol and Winstrol (winny) im pretty sure I can manage 4 days a week of DC instead of the usual 3.
 
Ok let me ask you this, do you think that your high rep training at 5 days a week was as tough or tougher than training DC's program at 3 days a week and doing 5 exercises per workout and 15 exercises a week. If you feel that you gained more on your high rep training then please stick with it, why fix it if ain't broke...

I gave you the three best exercise for Shoulder development on this program, IMO, but please go over to Intense Muscle and you will find in the Dogg Pound those answers to your questions for the rest of the exercises...
 
Let me also add that when we train guys "on" or off its just recouperation ability of what mom and dad handed them, thier is one guy on the program geared to the hilt and trains 2 days per week, I have one guy right now who is "on" and he is already getting overtrained in his second week and been lifting for 12 years...
 
gear is such an odd word for aas... (i know this is an odd post but i need to ramble im bored waiting for my ride to pick me up.) gear sounds like what i would call my penis... follow me if you will
