ok never done a dead lift i was wondering if i start doing them on what muscle day should i do it and what kind of sets and reps
and what can i expect result wise like in the physic and what dose it work mostly and stuff

I do them on back day. They'll pretty much thicken up your whole back. Traps, lats, rhomboids, lower back, etc. Starting off I'd say go light to make sure your form is down right. Deads are an exercise better in the lower rep range imo. I'd say start off w/ 3 sets of around 4-5 reps.

I alternate weeks of doing deadlifts and squats. I do deadlifts on back day one week and only do the leg press for the following leg workout, and the next week I will skip deadlifts on back day and do squats on leg day. My back starts acting up if I do both in the same week.

rocco is right on this. stay light, higher reps (8-10) and get the form right. when you have the form worked out, raise the weight and lower the reps. You will like the results.
