Deadlift clip is this right ?

there are different types of Deadlifts i.e. sumo, romanian, stiff-legged to name a few but no one way is wrong or right u just have to do what u feel comfortable with:)
 
those are basically a stiff leg dead. works the hammies primarily. a full dead is when the bar start and ends on the floor. I posted several dead lift clips under the huge lats thread. check it out.
 
I feel like when I do them I squat down a lot. Maybe I have short arms. Im not doing them for hams but for back. I could squat down less but my back may arch a little in the low position...Im doin them tonight we'll c...
 
Thats a stiff leg deadlift. In order to hit the back you need to squat down more. Make shure you keep your back flat through the entire range of motion.
 
i didnt get to see it cause of an error, but i tape the ground too, but now my gym has these rubber plates and they bounce, so i have to be careful, but i agree on bending the back slightly, tat stiff shit hurts
