Deadlifts

When I did stiffys, I did them on leg day. I will probably throw a set in next leg day but haven't done them for a couple months.

When I do deads they are my FIRST lift on back day, I need the energy for them. When I was doing SLDLs thinking they are "almost the same as deads", I was starting my routine with my wide grip BB bent rows and then my narrower rev grip rows, and so on.
 
I do deadlifts once a week on back day.
Stiff legs are done every other week on leg day.
