OP, think about what you're doing. don't be that stubborn fool who ignores the advice of a hundred professionals for the idiotic advice of someone who told you it was totaly safe to run a Deca only cycle.

i may catch some heat for this, but in my opinion most of the people posting ridiculous ideas for first cycles like this probably aren't shoplifting the poonanny on the regular and thus probably wouldn't even be all that affective.
OP, if you're going to do it, man up and do it. quit asking questions that don't matter. when will you start seeing gains? that depends on what you're doing. if you're eating like crap, not drinking enough, and your training is garbage then you'll start seeing fat gains about 2 days after you increase your caloric intake.
if you don't raise your caloric intake you'll see water gains from a couple of weeks in.
if you're going to do it, do it and hurry so we don't have to wait as long for your "guys help me i'm 4 weeks into an 8 week deca only cycle and everything is screwed wtf!"
get a DA on hand if you're going to be stupid and go through with it, that'll at least mean you'll only need help with half as much when you post again.
