ok due to the water retention deca gives throughout a cycle, what mg does it really hit hard at over 600?could i use arimidex incase i start to hold alot of water?how many weeks is a deca d-bol cycle?

IMO this whole bloat/water retention thing with Deca is way over-blown......
Think about this for a minute....Estrogen is the root cause of water retention.......& Deca converts to estrogen at a rate of about 20% that of testosterone. Therefore in theory, if you do 500 mg of Deca, you should get the same amount of estrogen build up as doing less than 200 mg of testosterone......not very much estrogen equals not much water retention.

I don't have much water retention at all when using Deca.

Gosh I love it when our moderators give these short, correct answers. That's exactly right.......deca is a synthetic testosterone derivitive that is engineered to be more anabolic and less androgenic.
