Hi guys,
My background briefly - age 34, weight - 160lbs, height - 5'5, training weights 4 years. Unfortunately out with shoulder impingements for the past year and 3 months - very frustrating
As Im starting to get back into things now my main concern is the effects on bone density and ligaments tendons etc with steroids like Deca.
This has probably been asked a thousand times but I find when I wake up in the morning I am 5'6 inches, and when Ive had a long day on my feet go down to 5'4 inches. I'm single and take a lot of shit off girls and blokes when I'm in a bar. I want to do Deca to help me pack back on the muscle after being injured for so long but also because of the benefits on bone density, I figure this could help me gain maybe 3/4's of an inch in height and help strengthen my spine so it doesnt compress so much during the day.
Can anyone offer me some advice on this, I hit on a 5'2 girl last week who called me a leprechaun
