decabol and D-bol cycle

cal intake 3k to 4 k a day

second cycle need some dosage opnions. was doin 2 ml andropen 275 every 6 days first one.

got decabol BD. and dball tabs. need to figure out how much of them to take to get my cycle started off good and how long of each to take
 
You need test as a base in every cycle, if you dont have test, or dont plan on getting some, You have no cycle.
Bf is recommended to be atleast 15% to start a cycle as fat increases the amount of estrogen receptors in your body, lowering it will not only be a healthier move but it will limit your chances of exp estrogenic side effects.
 
what would be a good test to use ? or name of the test?
im easein into my cycle only started with 1 ml of decabol and start the d ball next week
 
A good test to use aside decabol would be enanthate. Those two go together like ham and cheese...

run the test no lower than 500mgs and the deca 100mgs below the level of test.
I would drop the deca now untill you get some test, Arimidex and dostinex.Seeing as how the decabol is alone in your system your chances of having prolactin side effects are more than likely.

Once you have everything on hand i would run it like this;

Week 1-14 test 250mgs 2x/week
week 1-12 decabol 200mgs 2x/week
week 1-16 arimidex .25mgs eod (start asap since your natty test will already be supressed from the deca)
week 3-16 dostinex .25mgs e3d

pct start week 16; clomide @ 50,50,50,25,25

alright got my test guys. started today.
and bigest guy in my family is like 140 its my genetics. i eat like a horse 8 meals a day plus proteen powdes and weight gainer

This and i'm tired of hearing these excuses of ppl saying they are eating enough and its genetics. Count your fucking calories. I doubt your eating as much as you think you are.

Your only 6 days in,Its too soon bro. what are you dosing the test at, and how often? Also with that cycle I'm assuming you are trying to bulk, am I right? If so don't lower the amount of food intake.

and he probablly does 5 hours of hard cardio / training a day and thats why he stays that weight even though he eats well. 99% of the guys who come here who cant gain weight when they claim the eat tons or food are flat out liers.

agreed. i was just using that for example. he is definitely in phenominal functional shape. But i have those friends too, "man i just can't add muscle and i can't lose weight". Then they eat one time per day or some dumb crap. People think muscles are made of magical puppies and unicorns when they're really made out of food.:soap:

4 slices bacon
1 banna
1 mass peak shake 3 cups milk

2. 1 shke of muscle milk with milk

3. 2 chickin breast
4. lunch 8 oz. porter house steak and mucle milk shake
5. 6 hard boiled eggs
7. 12 oz t bone steak and patato
8. mucle milk shake
and before i go to bed mass peak shake

Good on the protein. What's your Carb intake total to? looks like way less than your protein.
