decabol and D-bol cycle

too many damn shakes lol...shake is not food and shouldnt be considered as a meal

where are your carbs? banana and a potatoe? thats it?

forget all those shakes...have ONE right after a work out

make 6 good meals each with about 50 protein and atleast 50 good carbs like brown rice oats red potatoes red kidney beans

throw in some good fats like avocado fish oil grape seed oil olive oil

honestly i really dident add it up today just the 4 shakes is almost 3 k in itself so im gusing closer to 4 k mabey 5

Not your calorie intake and also I dont believe it's 5000 calories. I mean your carb intake. It should be at least equal to your protein intake. that means 300g of protein and 300g of carbs. I personally do better with higher carbs than protein. But you really need to bring the carbs up. Also, eat more real food and less shakes as stated above.
 
thanks guys carbs i wasent eating enough and that i really dident know thought it was all based off of calories and protein. went grocery shopin today also lol.
