Sorry if this may have been answered, but I typed in "deload" on the search function and it returned no results.
I have finished 10 weeks of test E and am pretty happy with the results. I bought some tren ace, prop and mast (it was a damn steal so I had to get it) and started two days ago. I started noticing that I was pretty lethargic and was sleeping more than usual the day I started. I just attributed it to the tren, but I went to lift today and my strength on close grip bench is down about 10% which leads me to believe I need a break. I only have 6 weeks of the tren, prop and mast so I want to take the least amount of time off as possible. Any ideas of the best way to deload is on cycle or should I just spend a few days out of the gym? Thanks.
