descending matrix alternates for biceps

further to my matrix post, I am interested in your opinions on this
found it in an old flex magazine.


pick a weight that is approx 50% you would normally use

1) standing barbell/ ezybar curl

5 full rep, 1 half up, 1 half down,1 rep, 1 half up, 1 half down, 2 rep, 1 half up, 1 half down, 3 reps, 1 half up , 1 half down, 4 reps, 1 half up ,1 half down, 5 full reps,

2)Preacher ezybar curls

4reps, 1 half up, 1 half down,3 reps, 1 half up, 1 half down, 2 reps, 1 half up ,1 half down, 4 reps

3)standing barbell/ezybar curl

3reps, 1 half up, 1 half down, 1 rep, 1 half up, 1 half down,2 reps, 1 half up ,1 half down, 3 reps

*************10 sec pause*********

4)Preacher ez curl

2reps, 1 half up, 1 half down,1 rep, 1 half up , 1 half down, 2 reps

***************10 sec pause*************

5)standing bb/ez bar curl

10-12 full reps

6) preacher ez curl

10-12 full reps

lol, it does seem a bit over whelming at first glance, but really it follows a pretty basic plan
