designer whey 3x per day ok?

I had read article written by Consumer Reports on protein powders..
I stay very lean year round and take 2 scoops designer whey and bowl oat's when i wake up then 2 scoops prior to workout then 2 after with banana...do most ouf you use that much protein any reason not too?
 
eat real food.. keep your shake to pwo...

real food adds to the metabolic process and absorbs better...

that's 150g protein from just whey.. no good
 
Im guilty of relying on shakes for calories more than I should but I just can't eat at work like I can at home and its easy to drop some powder in my shaker although I still get at least 3400 from food
 
u should treat it exactly as you are.. a last resort.. not everyone can eat a meal every 2-3 hours.. so if you must then do it that way..

whole foods is always > shakes...

but we are human and have lives..
 
got ya..but please tell me if I am 188 5'10 lean and ripped people think I am 200= due to my muscle density..why not use so much powder? has all the amimo's packed in there too...thx
