Detailed log of progress with 3J

Hey bros,

I have purchased a carb cycling diet from 3j and I will be keeping a detailed log for all of you guys on my progress. I purchased it from him earlier this month and am waiting until after the holidays to begin. I had my in laws in town and staying with us (lucky me), so I know I would not be able to give 100% compliance. Anyways, here we go I plan on beginning the diet in the next few days. I am two weeks into a cycle of 500 mg Test Cyp and 300 deca with 12.5 mg aromasin ed per week. The gear is spread into two injections a week (Saturday, Wednesday). I am really looking froward to working with him after all of the positive feedback he has received. I have worked with two other nutrition gurus in the past and one was stuck on the 40-40-20 and wouldn't listen to me on what works best for me(lower carb) and I dieted for 28 weeks only to not be 100% for the comp. The other one gave me a generic diet and food log and started me at 60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week in the first week of the diet and it only got worse from there. Needless to say, I have not had good luck in the past and am really looking forward to working with 3J because all of the positive things that I have read and also seen.

Here are my beginning stats

age: 28
weight: 200 lb (I have gained 10 lbs in the last two weeks from cycle)
height: 5'6"
bodyfat: 20% I have gained 1.5% in the last two weeks, mostly the water from the deca I believe.


Anyways, I will be posting pics and detailed log weekly and really look forward to accomplishing my goals!
 
Hell yeah, those are the hard ones!!! Especially with cardio in the mix!
 
Same here im on a modified carb cycle with 3J, I just started it yesterday. 1st day was a no carb day lol i hate salad too, but i still stuffed it down my throat.

Im going to be doing a log also in the coming weeks to moniter my progress over the next 12 weeks of full on building mass.

It was these logs what inspired me to hire 3J actually, hearing all the success stories.

The dedication is 100%!! What I had meant to say was that I have not had very good luck with the gurus I have hired in the past. I achieved results with both of the them. One I felt I should have been in better shape than what I was for the amount of time I had dieted and the other was a generic diet with a food list and cardio to do. I would email him and he would respond two to three days later. I have just had bad experiences, that is what I meant.

My drive is 100% and I WILL give 110% all the time!! I look forward to the process!!!

Train Hard, Eat Clean, See the Results!!!!!

secondly.. alot of people that hit me up are very very uncomfortable with the way they look.. they are not ready to post up pics.. it will happen though.. as they get closer to their goals they will post

Lol totally understand remember that first pic where I was really fat I didnt wana post up,yeh I can understand feelin more comfortable once you look ok
 
Ok guys I am almost finished with week one in the books. I am feeling way more energized even being a little calorie depleted. I have only lost one pound so far and I will not take measurements until Wednesday. I think the gear has held my weight loss up because I am sweating just by typing, lmao. I will post pictures on Wednesday as well. Even though I did let myself go and I look fat as shit, my old nutrition guy took my bodyfat last week and I sit at 18.9%. I will have him take it again in two weeks from this Wednesday.

I have nothing but positive things to say about 3j. He has been very quick at getting back to any question I may have as well as accomodate my primadonna ass with food exchanges in the process.

Current Stats as of this morning fasted after a piss....

206.4lbs which is down from 208 when I started.

Also, my strength has not really increased from the gear, but I have gained 12 lbs in four weeks, not all fat. So, I know it is working!

Here are the pictures as ordered. I am really disappointed in myself to be honest. I did not even realize I got this fat! Seriously I must have had blinders on. Anyways, Weight got up to 208 and I am down to 205.8 as of this morning. So, I have started to make a little progress.
 
Bro im a bit confused,these last pictures you posted are they after your cycle or during your cycle? Also your not really fat,just a little bloated but that will go away with time,youl piss the water away,also what bodyfat did you weigh in at last time you were tested?

Great work sticking to it, you have an awesome taper in the back, with the diet your going to look massive.
I do 30 min every morning, but I am trying to keep as much mussel mass as possible.

Bro you are not fat you are look like as my friend 1.5 month ago he came back with belly fat i suggest him to stay away from fat food he start workout gray fruit juice after workout do this workout youtube.com/watch?v=vkKCVCZe474 and include twister in your workout after one month he loss 7 kg right he look like a good muscular man :D so you can also do that :D

I am currently on the start of the fifth week of cycle of a 14 to 15 week cycle and these pictures are just the start of the 3j experience. I must say I was at 194 before the cycle and got up to 208. I weighed in this morning at 203.0. So, progress has already started! 3j and I determined I am over 20%. I am going to get a bodpod reading in 2 weeks.

I am my worst critic. This can be looked at as a bad or good thing! Being in contest shape to looking like a pear is hard to swallow for me. You are right, we have already made the changes and we are only in the beginning! When I step onstage that will be the transformation!!!!!!! Then, I do not need to binge eat after the show like I did previously and take full advantage of the contest rebound! WE will take this to the end!

I put in a lot of work on the backside because at the novice bodybuilding ranks I feel shows are won and lost from the backside. You see too many people with the token beach body.(big chest, big arms, Pencil-width backs, and legs that are smaller than my wife's!) I cannot wait for the finished product to really see how much I have gained from the back! Good luck to you with all of your goals in 2012!
