so i got my BMI done Saturday and i sit at 5' 11" 185lbs and 25.3%, but yet i am skinny as hell. I was told that the fat is surrounding my vitals organs and i was also told that a Detox Diet is the easiest way to get my body to shed said fat. with that said does anyone know of a 7 day "diet" that would do this?

I was told to drink some Detox Tea, but for some reason i don't think drinking tea once is going to do much of anything... although i could be completely wrong, it wouldn't be unheard of...

Try juicing, by juicing i mean actual juice ;) Make sure you use veggies, not just sweet fruits as too much of that will not be good for weight loss efforts.

You can detox in so many ways, but IMO drinking plenty of water, exercise 3 times a week at least and step by step you will acheve your goals.

The fat your referring to is known as visceral fat, as you said its the fat around the organs.
Detox diets are absolute garbage, the fact that people are telling you that it will help get rid of the fat is astounding. Visceral fat responds EXTREMELY well to training and diet. Its usually the first thing to be burnt - scientific studies back this up.
So if you want to lose that fat and keep it off - create a calorie deficit and weight train hard. Then watch it burn away.
Also, just for the future - dont believe anything you hear about detox diets helping with fat loss. Absolute nonsense.

Couldn't agree more! And any weight you lose would probably be muscle anyway

Detoxing your body does help with all around wellness but your fruits and vegetables have to be certified organic to actually detox. I drink like a pitcher a day of juice I juice myself. Can help lose some weight replacing calories with nutrition.

detoxing can be a way of life, meaning to eat/drink all that makes your body beel better and energetic. I have a more general approach regarding this issue.

You will here it's all about macros but juicing has made my wellness and mental and physical health peak.

The OP's question was about detoxing for the fat loss. Eating proper food wih a calorie deficit will always beat juicing when it comes to FAT, not weight, FAT loss. Juicing also increases risk of muscle loss & metabolic crash, so its terrible for sustainable fat loss results. This is based on scientific evidence and real life - no impressive physique (actor, bodybuilder, model or other) was achieved through detox.
