Ok, i feel i know quite a bit about this stuff and have read darn near this whole site....but i had a thought...Maybe i am missign something.

If one is on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) "for life" as the say and you will never get back natural testosterone levels anyways, then why worry about HCG and natural test? The only reason i can think of is sex drive, but if a persons sex drive is fine then what other reason would there b?

Part II) testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is not that harmful if at all lifetime because you are just getting back to normal levels, but the extras are harmful...Armidex on lipids and embolisms, etc etc.....IS HCG also possibly harmful long term??

U dont use hcg long term when on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). You use it a couple times a year to keep the testes at full size. If they shrink and stay shrunk for a long time then the chance of them ever returning decrease. Nobody wants a raisin sack.

Good to know, so how often and for how long? woudl you suggest?

A lot of the answers on this site from guys say to run Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and HCG at the same time as TRT....but i have found that most dont know a lot and just repeat answers from other guys, you however know your shit!

250iu 2x a week for 5-6 weeks. Do that a couple times a year and youll be all set. Also, if youre gonna cycle when doing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) then thats when you should be using the HCG. Also, there should be no need for an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) when on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) but there is the occasional person that is just overly sensitive to testosterone and does need it. Not the norm though. Blood work will dicatate all this though.
