When I cycle for the first time I want optimum conditions for muscle building (lol). I rather waste a lil money on these things then miss something that coulda helped me gain.
Does anyone add dextrose to their pwo shakes? and what about casein before bed?
I'm cutting now I just make my pwo shake with milk now and once and a while will have cottage cheese before bed if I'm hungry. I wana do everything I can on cycle though.
