Dextrose???

I see it here on everyone's routines... But i have no idea what it actually does...

Is is good for a cutting diet... Bulking?

any Info would be greatly apperciated
 
its just a sugar that you can add to a creatine monohydrate that helps the creatine get to your muscle's faster.
 
After a workout you need to replenish muscle glycogen. Dextrose is the best carb for this.

Post workout add 2grams of dextrose for every 1 gram of protein in your shake.

As for cutting or bulking, it doesn't matter. I take it after every workout.
