Hello,
I know there is no easy way out, I actually work very hard but I am always looking for a way to also get an edge. I feel I am at a plateau. I like to have women's point of view and am conscious that there is no miracle drug but like to hear what people's experiences are.
I train 5 days a week weight lifting combined with 6 days cardio 30 mins. i also do power yoga.
I have posted my diet in the past, here it is
Diet
1) 6 egg whites 1/3 cup pf oatmeal
2) 1 cup of cottage cheese OR half a can of tuna
3) 180 grams of chicken or 200 grams of shrimps or 170 Salmon + 1 cup of veggies + quarter cup of rice or couscous,
4) 1.5 scoop of Iso whey
5) 180 grams of game meat (horse, bison etc..) + veggies
6) 1 scoop of iso whey + jello light
