Your training looks solid but you are not going to grow training that way if you are not taking in more calories than you are exerting. Training the way you posted above is going to burn a shit load of calories and you need to cram in as many as you can. Are you training for a sport...football... wrestling...etc.? The only supplement that I think you should add to your diet is creatine. You do not have to buy the most expensive brand of creatine either as long as it has some simple sugars (dextrose) in the mix you are fine. If you do not have the $ for protein you should not be buying N.O product or ZMA spend it on good quality food and protein supplement.
Remember.....eat...sleep....eat..train..eat...ok!
 
Forget about all the other sups, your throwing your money away. The only one you should get is creatine monohydrate. It's cheaper than the ethyl ester and just as good.

You need to spend your money on food and protein or you'll never get anywhere in the gym.
 
Things are not to bad...I have seen alot worse! The guys are right, you do need more food but you knew that already. As far as your training goes, IMO you might be overtraining a bit, personally I would stick to the more basics of movements...no need for all those sets for Arms or those isolation exercises...
Stick to Bench press/Incline press for Chest, Pull-ups/Rows and Deadlifts for Back, Squats/Leg press and stiff leg deadlifts for quads and hams. Military press for shoulders. Close grip Press / Dips for Triceps...DBell/Barbell Curls for Biceps.

Forget about the supersets and drop sets for now. Only go to failure on your last 1 or 2 sets!

i like to take dianabol(methandrostenolon) with protectino( tamoxifen and silymarin)...
i'm 21, 145 pound. 2 years of training every day (100min) with supliments: proteins ,creatine, glutamin, tribulus.
i'm happy with my definition but 145 pound it suck:(:(

1 year i'm stucked with 145 pound :(:(:(

i'll let you know my progression in few weeks , with food and etc....

Just remember, sups don't build muscle, you need food it's the best steroid and sup you can get.

Train heavy with low reps and leave the gym knackered. But don't spen your life in there, get it done and get out.

Don't forget to rest, you build the muscle out of the gym when your resting not in it.
