Did hack squats tonight and my knees felt good

Tonight was able to do hack squats w\no knee issues.

-warmup on the eliptical few minutes
-Applyed menthol\msm blend on knees then put on my knee sleeves-then wore sweatpants to stay warm
-warmed up on the leg press then moved onto warmups on the hack
-Feet a little more than shoulder width apart
-Feet set high on the platform--(toes about 2 inches off the platform)
