I am a new comer and have decided I need to look into my diet. A little information about myself:

185 lbs (coming off being sick for a month stuck inside doing nothing may be closer to 180, figure it will come back on)
BMR:12356.06
TDEE: 3399
BF: around 20%
I am an athlete (no specifics) and know how to properly train. What brings me here is my friend tried convincing me to take Winstrol so I decided to do some research. He carelessly bought it offline, and I warned him of the dangers of doing so. Firstly, my main concern was drug testing, however, I do not believe school testing tests for steroids, but other so testing is not for awhile. Then I decided to read up, and before asking where to get legitimate stuff, I figured my diet was needed to be looked at.
My goals? Little extra weight around the chest, and some stomach flab. Being an athlete, shredding this would only increase my game play. Currently I lift every other day, with running on off days and some lifting days. Also do ab workouts after lifting sessions I know you may ask for my diet, which I can log, but I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me set up a detailed diet. My problem is I try to eat healthy, but I feel if I had a schedule I could easily follow.
Current supplements: Multi sport vitamins, whey protein, and creatine.
Any information would be great and much appreciated. Sorry if I am coming off as a newbie on these forums, not asking for a miracle worker, just some suggestions and advice. Thanks in advance. Also can provide photo if anyone would like to suggest exercises to help target areas.
