Alright hopefully I didn't outstandingly screw this up haha first TKD

Meal 1 post cardio 9:30am(non cardio days remove carbs)
Whey Isolate 48g with 1/2cup cream of rice, 1 tbsp of cinnamon

Meal 2 11:00
5 egg white, 4oz 96/4 beef, onions/broccoli

Meal 3 2:00
2 cups Fat free cottage cheese, pepper

Snack:48g Whey Protein

Meal 4 7:00
7oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup basamati rice

Meal 5 8:45
7oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup basamati rice,

Workout 9:15

Post:
48g whey, 3/4 cups cream of rice,

Meal 5(before bed):
2 cups 0% greek yogurt plain, 1 cup blueberries or strawberries,

I am generally starving at this moment so I will be adding in some for of a salad with this shake and then add in chicken in replacement of the shake.

I am also considering doing the refeed on both of my leg days (Wed & Sun)


Fasted Cardio is going to be on Mon/Thur/Sat, Clen/gh/anavar and bcaa taken 30 mins pre. Fasted cardio (light jog with some stair climbs)
Doing Concept 2 rower before back workout as a warm up HIIT style.


Weight is down from 205lb to 200lb(expected, hoping to keep between 195-200lb)


Changes made to AAS
  • No insulin will be used
  • Tren was bumped up to 800mg
  • test is at 200mga(if weight loss continues will bump to 400mg)
  • masteron down to 200mg
  • Anavar still 50mg/daily
  • Winstrol to be added at the end of the week 1 50mg/daily.


Total AAS: 1950mg
Others: clen 40mcg daily, GH 2iu daily(will only do this for 25days) not the general consensus but I believe t3 would be needed to still be as effective after a month of use along with the tren.

I really hope you make it to 5-6% BF. I want to watch a log of someone do it for real so I know it actually can be done by a real human that actually has the time to post on the Internet. :)
 
Haha I'll try not to disappoint. It should be a fun journey. I'm more then happy to log it. Dexa scan is in 6 weeks!
 
Update: 4/22/15

Last 3 weeks
I have leaned out quite a bit, veins have started to show on stomach. My weight at full depletion is 185lb, after carb days I sit at 198lb.

Diet:
4 days low carb/fat
2 days carb reload
1 day moderate carbs

Training:
weight training 4/wk
cardio 4/wk


3J is adjusting my diet now and he has me going into a Keto diet. I'm hoping this will push me to low 5% bf. Shooting for May 12th, I'll post results. Based on those results I will decide where I want to go.
