Diet Critique

Hello,
Below is a sample diet plan I came up with which I will be starting next week. Weight training 4x a week with HIIT cardio 4-5 times a week.
Goal: Gain muscle and keep the fat down.
Weight: 183
Height: 6'2
BF%: 13%

BMR= 1982.69
TDEE: 3420 calories

Also, what do you guys think of whole wheat tortillas? How do they compare to brown rice or whole grain rotini pasta from a clean food persepctive? Does anyone think I have to much fiber in this plan? Thanks

Calories and macros look pretty spot on. Whole wheat tortillas work good, as far as comparison goes...they're all complex carbs so I don't see why there would be a problem, and I can't see how one would stand out as being better than the others. Eat what you prefer just make sure you're hitting your cals and macros.
