Ok so i have posted my cycle in the steroid section of the forum. As i said there my goals are really complicated, im 23, 189lbs and around 18% BF.
I am running Sustanon (sust) and Dbol for the first 4weeks. I would like to still gain good mass from this cycle but would also like to lost BF, sick of not taking my shirt off in front of friends.
I know ideally i should cut first, but i have the gear and cant really leave it sitting around. So this is my diet, keeping in mind my goals and the probability of cardio after training at least 3-4 times per week. Take a look, the macros may be off but they are in and around where they should be.
Morning
5 Egg whites (2 whole) Pro 24g Carbs 2g Fat 9g
