Hie, I posted a similar thread in one of the other sections, didn't get much response regarding the diet so thought this would be a better place. so to start with I am about 180lbs at 172cms at 12-13 percent body fat. I have had a test e 500mg p/w cycle under my belt, didn't go the way it should've since I had a shitty diet. I blew upto 204 , gained about 25 lbs of the cycle prolly gained more fat and water then muscle. So ive been doing on diets and now I think I wanna do a sort of a lean bulk if that's what you wanna say with sust, eq and dbol. so this is what my diet and cycle looks like, any weedback would be appreciated specially regarding the diet. Cheers

I have some tren on hand I might as well try it out at a low dose at the end of the cycle. my goal is to gain about 15 solid pounds from this and prolly drop some fat. would such a diet be good for the goals I want to reach?
