ok this is worked around my wacky schedule for taking in 350g protein daily. is this a good diet and will i gain fat w/ this from eating so much? i am looking to gain LBM.

7:30am - 6eggs 2/3cup oatmeal = 39g protein
--------- - preworkout whey = 46g protein

WORKOUT ROUTINE

--------- - postworkout whey = 46g protein
12:00pm - Chicken thigh w/ veggies = 23g protein
2:00pm - chicken breast w. veggie = 32g protein

SLEEP TIME

10:30pm - 6 eggs = 39g protein
1:00am - bag tuna = 39g protein
3:00am - 2 ham sandwichs = 38g protein
5:00am - chicken breast sndwich = 40g protein

this is roughly 350g protein daily. i will substitue w/ some red meats as well but this is the basic structure. does this look good?

I'm taking it that you work nights by that schedule. So, is the 10:30 pm meal your first one upon waking up? If so, is it just eggs or do you have something else along with it?
I don't see any essential fatty acids in there either. I would suggest trying to take in two tablspoons of Udo's Ultimate Oil Blend a day to get your good fats in. If you're trying to cut, I'd get rid of the bread in the sandwiches and replace it with either rice or sweet potato.
Are you adding some carbs to that post workout meal as well?
Sorry about all the questions but the more we know, the more we can help.

i am not trying to cut per se' but i am wanting to gain mass while loosing a little bit of my stomach. i have made pretty awesome gains strenght wise and i wasnt really taking in alot of protein i am trying to up my protein to keep gaining strenght and mass while loosing some bf. understand what i mean?

i can add some oats for the 10:30 meal and i plan on taking some flax seed gels and a multivitamin. i can also add some brown rice to my post workout meal if that helps.
