Diet help to achieve goals

Ok I decided to really get serious. I am currenlty around 203 not sure about BF. I can't get my lower abs to pop. I run pretty lean but fell off the wagon due to some personal shit. I have pics up in the member pic thread. Here is my current diet and supplements. I am looking to see where I can tweak things.

Typical Day
Breakfast. Oatmeal or Egg whites and 1 banana
1.5 hours after breakfast Protien shake. (Gold Standard 100%Whey 50grms per shake)

Lunch
3 grilled chicken Breast with some Brocholi
1.5 hours after breakfast Protien shake. (Gold Standard 100%Whey 50grms per shake)

Afternoonn Snack
Some Cashews or shelled peanuts and lean grilled hamburger no bun 1/2 sweet potato

Dinner
2 grilled chicken Breasts
1 Steak
Some veg

Before Bed protien shake.

I am really trying to keep lean but not lose much muscle. Any thoughts on this plan?
