diet help

yea my last cycle i kept almost all of my gains but i just ate everything i could.i wanna have a solid diet to follow to minimize fat gain

Your diet needs to be simpler and easier to adjust/manage IMO. A basic understanding of your hormones and how the foods you eat effects them helps too. basically you should be eating about 170grams of carbs, 133 grams protien, and atleast 114 grams of fat if your pretty on-top of your workouts. More fat if you want to put on more weight. You should be eating meals that are balanced at 45 grams carbs, 35grams pro, and 12+ grams of fat.

Huh? no offense but hes not a woman. Who the hell can gain on 2200 calories?

Unless your in some real need for calories, splitting up the carbs and fats are a nice way to go.

i know i need more than 2200 cal and 133 grams of protein is way low

I think you'll be up around 300-400g protein..anywhere from 400-500g carbs and around 100-120g fat.

Maybe a little less on the carbs and a few more g's of fat.

I dont want to mess up what jay is saying so Ill stop here and wait til he posts up again to throw in my .02

That will give you around 4-4.5k cals.

well i appreciate the help you guys know more than i do but i eat alot now.i cant imagine eating 4 thousand cal. i would be eating on the toilet. thats alot of food to eat and still keep it clean. do you guys eat fast food to achieve those numbers

na barnzy.. that's over kill

i'd say 3700 calories..

300g protien
400g carbs
thats 2800 calories right there...
so wwe have 900 calories left
which should all be fats
100g fats..

that would be a clean bulk.. imo

no.. no fast food...

look up my threads.. i posted a sample bulking diet.. u'll see how u can get over 4k easily

the fats are the calorie control. he can take that same diet to 4k calories if he wants on the same amount of protien and carbohydrate. You shouldn't need to take in more protein than your body can use. It's important that the carbs and protien be in a balance for a diet like this to work though. over eating makes training very hard. i found myself napping really often when i would eat those crazy 4k calorie diets. your diet should be based on the idea of feeding your body exactly enough to complete the repairs needed and store enough to have good energy levels all day. bulking and cutting can be a thing of the past and rapidly is becoming that way.

hey boston.. look above i gave you a split for your diet..

get on fitday.com and try to come up with a diet that matches those daily totals..

use my sample bulking diet in my sticky as a guiding tool.....

looks much better... your gonna get tired of those sweet potatoes.. so go ahead and take one serving of those sweet potatoes out and put red kidney beans in...

your calories are a bit higher... where is that fat coming from? ic ant see where the 129g of fats are coming from..

if you drop one serving of yogurt and one serving of almonds, what will u be at??
