Diet Help

I am still relatively new to weightlifting. I'm not in it to be a professional bodybuilder or anything i just want to get big. I am a big guy already: 6'5" 235 lbs. with decently big upper body and huge legs, but i have a beer belly that i just can't seem to get rid of. :40oz: I have no diet as of now, because everyone at the gym nows jack shit about dieting. I have even been told to fast one day and feast the next. I figured that this place would be my best bet without buying a nutritionist. What do most of you do as far as a diet goes. Like in the morning, afternoon, and diner. I already try to get as much protein as i can and i have mass and amino acid pills that i take and i do cardio atleast four days a week. What do you all suggest i should do as far as a diet. Any help would be great.

Thanks,

Jon :dj:

eat more often then morning afternoon and dinner for starters :D

cut the simple carbs, cut the pasta's and breads, try to get sweet potatoes, wild/brown rice, OATMEAL as far as carbs
eat lean protein, try to cut out junk food, soda etc... (simple carbs) and eat 6 times a day, about 400 cals per day....

Up your protien. And yes eat more per day. CUT THE SUGAR out of your diet. Espically BEER. They dont' call it a beer belly for nothing. If you cut the sugar and up the protien and eat only things that are 4 grms or less of sugar 5 grams and above with fiber and high in protien you should cut the belly fat. Also eat things that are Stone ground wheat. NO high fructose sugar. Pounds will start to drop off. Good luck.
