I am still relatively new to weightlifting. I'm not in it to be a professional bodybuilder or anything i just want to get big. I am a big guy already: 6'5" 235 lbs. with decently big upper body and huge legs, but i have a beer belly that i just can't seem to get rid of.
I have no diet as of now, because everyone at the gym nows jack shit about dieting. I have even been told to fast one day and feast the next. I figured that this place would be my best bet without buying a nutritionist. What do most of you do as far as a diet goes. Like in the morning, afternoon, and diner. I already try to get as much protein as i can and i have mass and amino acid pills that i take and i do cardio atleast four days a week. What do you all suggest i should do as far as a diet. Any help would be great.
