Diet Help!

about time for me to do my first proper cut with hopes of getting down to 8% not sure what im currently somewhere around 14-16% at 210lbs
gonna start with 3000cals a day first few weeks and then lower it from there mainly just from the fats and carbs keep protein the same.

Meal 1-1 cup oats, protein shake

workout + 2 30min cardio sessions a week

(protein shake)

Meal 2- 1 cup sweet potatoe diced, 150g grilled chicken breast

Meal 3- 1/2 cup brown rice, 180g tin tuna

Meal 4- 2 cups broccoli, 150gg grilled chicken breast

(protein shake)

Meal 5- Kangaroo steak 200g, salad

Meal 6- 3 eggs, 1 cup egg whites

Meal 7- 1/2 cup cottage cheese.

75g fat, 198g carbs, 380g protein total cals = 3005

I'll be running my 2nd cycle along with this diet which will be

Sus 250- 500mg for 12 weeks shot EOD
tren a - 75mg EOD weeks 1-8
and will be running clen at 100mcg a day

will gradually lower cals when i feel it neccessary

PCT is sorted HCG,Clomid,nolva, and have prami letro and liquidex in case gyno comes up


How does it look anything i need to change?

kangaroo steak huh?? i wonder how that tastes..

food choices look fine.. but your only doing 2 cardio sessions a week?
 
tastes similar to beef the few times i had it.. was pretty tender, pretty dark coloured though, crocodile good to.
 
i would imagine it would have a gamey taste to it...

i love food, would love to try it.. iv treid deer, elk, bison, snake etc.. but never kangaroo
 
yeah its pretty good real tender, similar nutritional values to chicken breast. its a real lean meat. costs less the chicken and steak as well

is 2 cardio sessions going to be enough i will be using tren sus and clen and will lower cals when i need to..

want to lose as little muscle as possible over a period of 14 weeks
