What does your guys diet look like when your on anavar? espess when you get off dbol?
I just got off Dbol on Saturday and i was 220. I started anavar on Sunday, and today I weighed in at 214 lbs. thats a shit load of water. What should my diet look like when im anavar?
This is what I had today:
10am- 45 min Cardio empty stomach
11am- Breakfast: 1 whole egg 5 egg whites with lean turkey, jalapino pepers, feta cheese, spinach omlett, 2 whole wheat toast with peanut butter.
130pm Snack: prtein shake and apple.
4pm Prework out meal: Aspargus Snow peas, with 8oz BBQ chicken breast, Salad with balsamic dressing, and low fat yogurt with a hand full of granola.
