Diet Question

So I've decided to try some a Cash like diet. So far this week I've ate this

Meal 1
2 whole eggs
8egg whites

Meal 2
7oz chicken breast
5oz sweet potato

Meal 3
same as above

Meal 4
same as above with 1 cup of lettuce

Meal 5 PWO
40g of whey
natural pb

Meal 6
7oz lean ground beef
1 cup lettuce

Would like your opinion 3j or cash. I plan on eating this the next 6 weeks and seeing if i see any gains. A guy i know who trains like a freak for shows said on the weekend change up to baked potatoes.
 
Once in a seminar the question arises that what would be the style for diet to take thorough out the day.Each presented their own schedule,the most preferable is mine which is much appreciated by each because my diet promoted me very well just to strong the muscle in all respect.

i cant sit here and act like the diet isn't clean.. it does take a certain amount of will power to eat that way though.. its not easy

though cash and i are not on the same page about the way people should diet i do respect his opinion..

there is no one way of dieting.. everyone has their own philosophy
