So I've decided to try some a Cash like diet. So far this week I've ate this
Meal 1
2 whole eggs
8egg whites
Meal 2
7oz chicken breast
5oz sweet potato
Meal 3
same as above
Meal 4
same as above with 1 cup of lettuce
Meal 5 PWO
40g of whey
natural pb
Meal 6
7oz lean ground beef
1 cup lettuce
Would like your opinion 3j or cash. I plan on eating this the next 6 weeks and seeing if i see any gains. A guy i know who trains like a freak for shows said on the weekend change up to baked potatoes.
