Diet, Supps, Vitamins, and SEX

Just wanted to say, for the past couple months, I've been taking a protein shake, glutamine, multi-vitamin, and eating well everyday and excersising 5 days a week...not only have I got tons stronger at the gym than ever before (obviously)...but I can last as long as I want in the sac now, I can't believe the benefits doing this stuff can have on yer sex life...but I'm wondering, which of these things has given me this awesome unexpected side effect? Have you guys ever experienced a stamina increase from this stuff? Or girls for that matter? :afro:
 
IMHO, it's just the combination of overall wellness. did you smoke or drink before? smoking and alcohol both have a negative effect on sexual function, as well as cardiovascular fitness. my ex-fiance (lying bastard) quit smoking and moderated his alcohol, and within a month was lasting twice as long as he had before; his libido had significantly increased. good luck!im sure your partner enjoys the benefits as much as you do!
 
Diet helps I find that when I am cutting and my bodyfat percentage gets real low that I have less energy for sex, When I am bulking my libido kicks into high gear I can't get enough. What really helps is that my fiancee is obsessed with me gaining mass, she loves it when I am bigger so that is definitely a turn on.

Wow, you know what, I haven't been smoking (not that i did much before anyway, just occasional), and I haven't been drinking at all either...thanks for pointing that out :D I guess thats helping also
