Diet to Hold weight off ASS

Age: 35
Weight: 205
Height: 5'11
BF: 12%
Goal: To maintain My weight without adding FAT. Im coming off cycle and want to keep as much as possible in my "off" period before I do another cycle in 3 months or so.

Cycle:

1-14 600 Sustanon (sust) a week
1-8 300 Deca(came off cause of sides)
HgH for 2 months now
AI-Exe 12.5 day

Will continue HgH for next year or longer. (thought this might be important to know)

BMR= 2006.85
TDEE= 3461.81

Im a competitive Grappler(Brazilian Jiu Jitsu; BJJ) and train it 3 times a week on top of my weight training.

My diet on Cycle has been around 3500 calories with a consistant 300protein, 250 carbs, 105 fat or so.

Training:
Mon=Chest, light tri
Tue=Back, light bi
Wed=Legs
Thur=Shoulders, Traps
Frid=Bi, Tri
Sat=light leg

Train Grappling: Monday, Wed, Friday(2 hours roughly: 1 hr warm-up, drill; 1 hour very intense grappling)

What diet should i do to give me the best possible chance to keep my weight gained OFF cycle?

Before cycle i was around 185 with close to same bf% actually probably higher, HgH takes it right off me.

when do you come off cycle.. i can tell you off the bat that your gonna have to have 3 beef meals a day.. u need to up your saturated fats (to a limitation) so your body can produce that test you need...

how were your gains on cycle with that calorie count??

Gains were good on cycle. Im happy with them and there is not much bloating at all. Lean Muscle gains.

So beef will help with Test levels?

I haven't had creatine supplement in months and going to use it in my PCT.

whats your post cycle therapy (pct) look like?
 
I get 4000 some days, bout 50 50 of 4000 calories to 3500 on cycle.

I have had to use shakes alot as of late to keep up. Work is very demanding and i take an ice chest full of food everyday.

with HgH my muscle seem to be extremely lean.

My body reacts well to Creatine and i always see strength gains as well as some weight gains. I laid off of it in cycle ...with the thought it might help in post cycle therapy (pct).


Beef help with Test levels?
 
saturated fats are precursers to testosterone...

so 3 of your 6 meals in a day should be beef.. for 4 weeks while your on your pct
 
if i were u.. id each closer to 4000 calories for those 4 weeks.. keeping those lean gains is more important then putting on a coupla pounds of fat.. u can lose those 5lbs after your body's natty has kicked back in..

if u wanna get into details.. post up a proposed pct diet.. ill critique it for you.. make sure to have macros for each meal
