Figured I would start researching now...
I plan on doing one more bulk cycle here in a few months but after that, I just wanna focus on being "cutt".
Besides figuring out what to take (roid wise). I am just as if not MORE consered with diet. What should it look like? Especially calories, should I be eating alot below maintanence? Or what? Or still eat above maintanence to BUILD muscle?
My understanding is, eat below maintanence, and the AAS will just help preserve muscle while being in a caloric deficit state. So, the goal is to loose fat NOT gain muscle?
