HEY WHATS UP EVERYONE FROM THIS AWSOME FORUM WELL I AM CURRENTLY 5" 8 " AND I WEIGH AROUND 135 I USED TO BE A LIL BIT LEANER BEFORE I GOT SICK, I GOT SICK AND LOST ABOUT 20 POUNDS IN LIKE A WEEK FROM BEING SICK AND TAKING MEDICINE I WENT FROM 155 TO 135 AND I AM TRYING HARD TO GET BACK UP I HAVE A GOOD CHEST OKAY ABS NEVER HAD EM BEFORE BUT MY ARMS SHRINKED A LITTLE BIT BUT I NEED SOME ADVICE I AM CURRENTLY 18 I HAVE A GOOD OR OKAY METABOLISM ITS JUST IM AFRAID I WILL LOSE MY ABS I WORKED HARD TO GET THE LIL RESULTS I GOT FROM WORKING THEM OUT RIGHT NOW IM NOT EATING MUCH CUZ IM NOT USED TO IT BUT IM TRYING TO EAT AS MUCH AS I CAN I BOUGHT SOME PROTEIN WHEY PROTEIN BIG 6 POUNDS OF IT ITS GOOD I TAKE IT ABOUT 3 TIMES A DAY AND I TAKE AMINO ACIDS 8 TABS A DAY AND I ORDERED SOME NITRIX BY BSN ITS LIKE WANNA BE NO2 WELL WHAT SHOULD I EAT EVERYTHING I POSSIBLY CAN AND CONTINUE THE SUPPLEMENTS THAT I AM TAKING OR SHOULD I TAKE SOMETHING ELSE I TRAIN GOOD SO I JUST WANT HELP TO PACK ON SOME POUNDS OF LEAN MUSCLE!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all quit ordering al these different suppliments. All you need is some good food and whey protein powder.
Concentrate on eating low Glycemic index foods like beans and yams for your carbs, and eat lots of protein. most guys will tell you 2grams per lb of bodyweight. anything more than that is a waste. Some guys can gain muscle on less than 2grams per, they can gain on 1gram per lb. So just play with that. I would not worry about loosing your abs. you are going into winter and youshould concentrate on eating lots and training lots. then when it gets closer to spring again you can diet away some fat.
