Take some kratom in the morning when you get up. It will not only give you energy, it will also suppress your appetite.

Then take some in the late afternoon when your normally start craving food. I can almost guarantee you that you won't get hungry.

Kratom is amazing for dieting because it gives you energy when you are in a calorie deficit and it will also make you feel full too.

I'm not sure about others, but my metabolism also speeds up when I take it.

Try it when you are dieting and you will thank me later.

People might think differently but works for my cravings

I take some kratom at night.........then if I get any cravings, I drink the f out of diet cherry dr pepper.....I honestly live off of kratom, diet dr pepper, protein shakes, and a lil test.
 
just regular eggs from tortured chickens, go all the same down as all other ones. all other eggs too expensive, especially when you eat 10-15 of them a day
 
i just eat 350 grams of fat per day, takes all the craving out of my diet, getting awesome body on zero effort and even zero cardio now

fuck supplements, just real food for me. havent taken a shake or a supplement for years now

You in ketosis? That's almost 3k calories from fat alone. I can't imagine your TDEE being over 5400, if we add in the usual ratio of protein and carbs to the total. Unless you have one crazy metabolism.

I mean absolutely no disrespect btw, just curious. :)

my betabolism is actually pretty slow or say normal, nothing special. fat buildup and fatloss is purely a hormonal thing, not just a matter of calories. kick out carbs and its alsmot impossible to gain fat. put in even little carbs and its HEEL trying to lose fat

1 word and 1 key = insulin

I absolutely agree 100%. Do you have trouble keeping your intensity going though? I'm recently off a ketogenic cut, and have been bulking - but I really hate the bloat from carbs. I seriously debated staying in ketosis, but 5k calories just seemed expensive for a gamble.
 
lower ur cals, be comfortable, ketosis is super healthyy and carbs are supar damaging, this is proven facts but our world doesnt like facts but would rather sell sell sell and then die

i train VERY intense and have no problem, no bonking either with fats as we all have with carbs. i can do legs and not eat for 8hrs and be absolutely fine and with carbs i would become a monster and have shakes and feel like shit
 
I was just wondering because those yolks look way different than mine I eat regular eggs too lol

Looks like the eggs they get in Europe or the Caribbean. US eggs don't have the rich orange looking egg yolks. Much higher quality in Europe.
