Diett for mass , what do you think

My friend recently gave me this diet that supposedly good for mass. What do you think about it and possibly change what you do?

First meal - 80 grams rolled oats + banana + 200 ml milk 0.5%

Second meal - Cocktail Strawberry - Cheese (100 gram strawberry + 250 gram a semifat cheese)

Thirth meal - Cocktail apple - cheese - oatmeal (cottage cheese 150 grams , 150 grams of oatmeal, an apple, a tablespoon of honey)

Fourth meal - whole wheat pasta with cheese and broccoli (pasta 100 grams, 200 grams of thin cheese, cream 12% - 10 grams + broccoli, olive oil)

V and VI of the meal - rice and chicken (100 grams of brown rice, chicken fillet 150 gram + vegetables + tbsp flaxseed oil)

Unless u weigh 40lbs thats no where near enough protein to build mass. BTW u need to post ur stats Height, weight, BF%, etc.

DUDE go shoot a deer.
Eat that for a week and watch your body grow. Then shoot another one, repeat process.
You need much more protien!

lol pb....that shit's funny. i was seriously lmao at this diet. only thing missing are protein shakes........yeah your friend doesn't know shit. this might be ok if your trying to cut to look good in ethiopia but not for bulking my friend. it's not rocket science. i would eat 1 1/2 to 2 grams of protein for every lb of body weight. that's real food. if you want to add a shake or two on top of that cool. eat complex carbs with each meal and don't worry about the fats that are coming with your carbs and protein. read lots in the diet forum. there is more than enough info there. far superior than what i know.....
 
lol i read this diet and said WTF? i was going to make suggestions then thought about it. They are too far lost if they took the time to post this and asked us to critique it.
 
sometimes people wonder why i dont respond to their shit.. its when they're sooo hopelessly lost AND they have made no effort to learn...

this is like someone in the anabolic forum saying im 19 6'3 140lbs iv done all the research i can.. i wanna do Winstrol (winny) dbol and deca cycle for 4 weeks.... ohh and btw.. whats a pct? whats the dosage i should follow? i was told to eat cake all day.. is that ok?
