different workout each week?

anybody do a different workout for each muscle each week? nice way to keep the muscle guessing if you ask me! plus it can take the monotony out of it too.... thoughts
 
I document all my workouts and perform different routines every week. Keeps the muscles guessing and prevents stale workouts.
 
i never do the very same work out 2 weeks in a row. Ill twick it, change it, go by feel. It works for me. Keeps it fresh and interesting
 
so you guys log your workouts, or just hit it hard and call it good? i just started logging mine again and honestly i like doing something different each week, whether it be a completely different routine all together, or just switching the order up.

gonna try and stick to the same workout for a few weeks and log, but idk how long thats gonna last lol
 
i tend to do bac n bies 1 day chest n triest 2nd day shoulders n traps 3rd day an abs i mix in, then same again
 
You could consider instinctual training a "new workout every week," provided of course it does end up being different. You can go to a different gym each week too (depending on your local of course).

yea keeps it fun this way. i usually make some type of change weekly, even its changing one exercise. always keep the staple lifts in though
 
I go on the fly each week never doing the same exercise. simple shit like adding a towel wrap on bar for lifiting. sitting standing man shit can go on and on
 
this is where I'm bad I only log every 2 weeks everyday frustrated me, kinda like i avoid mirrors during bulking phases and try to get a good look every couple weeks it helps my brain like a sugar pill dont look at it all the time and when you do you love the gains and keep frustration down.
 
anyone else? i stick to the heavy compounds regardless, but its nice throwing in something different each week!
 
Actually, I do sorta the same routine weekly. I stick with the basics (lots of free weights and dumbells). All I aim for is a good pump during each set. Now, I might throw in a new machine once in a while but honestly I keep it pretty basic and simple. I cant tell you why I dont get bored but I dont. As long as I get a pump Im all good.
 
so does everyone who does something different each week log their workouts? or even if you do the same routine, logging gets old i feel
