dips every days ?

man can i dips very often i have done dips on thursday and today ad i wanna dips tommorow again, because there are many possibilities of how to dips
 
I wouldn't recommend doing dips too often, no. If you do them while training chest and then on a day with triceps, that would be the maximum that I would suggest, but do what you will...
 
i usually do dips 3 or 4 times a week, but that's only cause i am in trainig for hockey and i need my pushing muscle to be as strong as possible... but usually do what aboot said twice a week chest and tri days
 
just because you train it more frequently, doesn't mean its going to be stronger. you could actually be making yourself weaker. but hey, if it works for you.

ya i know u can over train but they have been getting stronger from it which is why i do it... some ppl it hurts and osme people it helps... u win some and u lose some

Yes you might seem like your recovering but mucsles need time to heal.
 
I do it in a wood they are the paralel bar like one is big spread and one small spread and other same size but your feet cant touch the floor, there is 4 possibilities at all lol

i like thhose because you can move everywhere in the same time you do the dips the 'machine'dont move

anymore than a couple times a week and you are prob overtraining. puts alot of stress on your shoulders.m2c
