Diuretic Recomendation

What is the best OTC diuretic available. I have taken taraxatone in the past, and i feel it works about the same as Aquaban or any other drug store diuretic.

Any suggestions??? Need to look shredded for a couple days at the beach!

I think it would be cheaper for you to buy straight Dandelion Root than the Taraxatone. Dandelion root is a good herbal diuretic. You can combine it with B6 as well and that should help you lose some water.
