DL question

i have noticed that doing deadlifts over the past few years has caused muscular imbalances. My back is way bigger than the rest of me. The switch grip has caused my left trap and right arm to be bigger and stronger than the other. I tried to switch it up for a while and saw no difference.

how long is a while? it took a few years to develope one side.. its going to take the same amount of time to develop the other...

i probably caused the imbalance doing dl's pretty heavy for around 2 years. I switched up the grip about a year ago but recently i haven't been doing them. This is because my back is so much bigger than everything else and i want to make my traps and arms bigger. For me i feel that upright rows build my traps the best. Also when i started taking dbol my lower back started hurting badly. If i did dl's i couldn't barely walk out the gym. And if i took off my weight belt, then forget about it. Also i would like my squat to catch up which is 365 vs. 465 dl plus a 325 bench (on cycle).

whats wrong with a HUGE back????
you cant compare your back to arms no one will have arms biggerthan their back lol

screw it. I'm startin to dl again! I'm just trying to find to some reasoning to be slack and start doin 3 workouts a wk cause i study massive amounts for school. :nerd:
