DNP diet...

Im planning on going on another cutting diet soon along with DNP and the EC stack as well. I currently take the EC stack every day as normally.
Im in a real jam, as the last cutting diet i went on, it didnt go too well for a low carb diet! It sucked.
Im just curious if anyone in here could get me jump started on a really good low carb diet which is extremely clean. meat and greens are all i really want to eat! haha.
Hopefully Fyre would be kind enough to help me on this....as you know what you are doing, And all other help is appreciated!

ok...i learned something real important in my last DNP run...Low carb diet on dnp wont do shit...it will burn a lil, but nothing to say wow about....i was so drained, low on energy, that when i decided to pig out...i went all out, and did just that...it was the worst feeling in the world, it felt like a furnace had gone off inside me...and every day i would drop almost 2 pounds of fat for 9 days...i was like "wtf" is goin on here...so i kept eating high carb meals and i kept burning hotter and hotter inside...

eventually, i lost almost 19 lbs in a little over a week...a week later i looked so much more defined when the water came off...but low carbs wasnt the way for me...dnp works better with higher carb foods, especially fructose.. it needs it like like fuel in order to burn...try it....unless ur preparing for a show, experiment...if ur getting ready for a show, dont experiment..i dont wanna mess u up just in case...good luck.

pudge can you give the breakdown of the foods that you ate and what times? cause im getting rlly confused because half the people say low card and then right away the other half says high carb.
if you saying that it rlly worked, it would help me out much knowing what you ate how much and what time...

Thnaks for the input pudge! Im not prepping for a show! haha! I have a long way to go before i even think of doing a show! Im just testing the waters to see how DNP works.
I agree with veper, ive heard both ways of DNP dieting....Carb depleting before the two week cycle, 200 mg first 2-3 days, then 400 mg the rest of the 2 weeks....
Ive also heard that u should just eat clean carbs to maximize the effectiveness of DNP (like you said) and eat tons of fruit to avoid blood sugar problems.

well i did 3 days at 200mgs then the last 6 days at 400mgs....i didnt carb deplete before, but 3 days into dnp i was starting to feel like shit so i went to ihop and i ate a steak omelette with a shitload of pancakes with syrup and a side of french toast...My girl thought i was about to have a heart attack cause the sweat just started pouring from the top of my head and my shirt was soaked. I was like wtf?? so i went to publix and bought granola bars, fruit bars, cereal bars, etc...the next day i was eating pizza and pasta all day..then the last couple days i was just sitting at home eating my girls cooking, rice and beans and lots of pop tarts... I never sweated so much in my life ....and it really got hot, internally, which was very uncomfortable...But it burned fat like nothing i've ever tried before..I will not be running dnp for a while, since i decided to take a break from it...But it works, u just have to eat...how are u gonna drive a car without gas?? thats how dnp works...at least for me...many might not agree, but only u could find out for urself if u try it...just make sure ur dnp is legit..
