This is for all who are intrested in trying this substance. My stats 6'1" 208#s 9-10%bf 35yo training for 15 years. 3 cycles in my life time 2 in my mid 20's and the one I am on now which has been a long one consisting of test. E at 500mg week for 20 weeks and a 10 week run of deca as well (in the begining of the cycle) Ldex throught and t3 for the last 2 months as I have been refining my look for the summer. This bout with DNP is my last attempt at etching my abdominal musles. My diet is tight but that last layer of fat that keeps my abs just barely visible is what I am attacking with the DNP.
 
Day 1

200mg no real sides did have some slight night sweats until I removed my shirt then everything was fine. Cotton mouth bad. Great work out great night sleep. Consumed 200 oz of water and diet was tight. 3 powerbars (carb select) 2 granny smith apples. 2 stalks celery, 2 4oz tuna steak patties. 1 baked potatoe. 4 oz string beans, 4oz pretzel sticks, 8oz lactos free fat free milk, 1 bananna, 4 tollhouse chocolate chip cookies at bed time. (broke down)
1 sentrum multivitimin, 80mcg t3 1 gram taurine, 400mg b6, 4 amino 2200 tablets, 2 DHEA fat burner tablets.
Felt great all day.

Glad you aren't one of those guys that takes DNP and still eats like shit. Guess your second attempt to mix the DNP into solutoin worked. Good luck.
 
keep it coming...i think this will be my first sight into what one goes through with DNP....something that i have decided that i will probably NEVER take
 
this stuff is evil, it starts out ok every time and then creeps up on you. come that 3rd or 4th day for me and I wish I was dead, no matter what I do.

Day 2

Just woke up so today will be my 3rd day. I forgot to mention up top that Benadryl it part of my daily intake as well. I felt great all day yesterday, ate a regular diet, even had a steak sandwich for dinner and a square of ice cream at my kids swim team party last night. I did sweat all night, but slept well. (2 benadryl before bed). Felt "weird" a couple of times yesterday but was able to combat it with yogurt and blueberrys. 200 oz of fluids again and about 2100 calories, Diet was strict until the steak sandwich. Work out was great. I am on the way to the gym now (545am). My liquid dnp was unsuccessfull the firts attempt so I bagged it. I am just weighting out .2g and pouring it onto a little corner of flattened bread. Making it into a little ball and taking it like a capsule. So far so good.

Oh yeah when I woke up yeserday I was 207.5 today I was 206 and I havent taken a $hit yet, but a big one is brewing.....LOL

Day 3

Its 9pm at the end of my 3rd day. Today is the first day I took 400mg, well I just took the 2nd dose (200mg) about 2 hours ago. I felt great all day, tons of energy, great work out, no real sides at all. I had some warm spells but no sweating until these last 2 hours, but now that my activity level has subsided I am no longer sweating. Diet was good. I did have 2 pieces of plain pizza for lunch but everything was lean and healthy. Took all my antioxidents even drank a v8 today. Calories cam in at 2200 (counting each slice as 400 cals.) Got close to 250 grams of protein. No simple sugars. As it stands right now I would say that the anxiety of getting bad sides is the worst feeling. 200+ ounces of liquids. I think that at my weight 400-600mg is what I am going to need. I may or may not go that high depending on what the fat calipers say. I must say that droping that first 1.5 lbs supprised me, considering I really didnt feel the DNP at all.

Day 4 morning

Horrible night sleep, the sweating is pretty much isolated to my head, I had to change pillows 3 time. The sleep isnt that bad just restlessness. Just feel lethargic. I lost another 1.5 lbs I woke up at 203.5-. I have found that the heat and lethargy are more confined to about 3 hours after each dose. Last night I went out in my jeep with the top down and was still sweating. Today there will be no break in my diet I have the whole day layed out. IT will be 1900 calories 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fat.
Breathing= I have found that during activity, even subtle activity that breathing is different. You breath like you do when you exert yourself but without the rapid breath or increased heart rate. I know this doesnt make sence but its the only way to explain it.
All in all I feel pretty good but there are definate moments where I just want to lay down, they are short lived but I know the DNP is loading in my system as I am technically in my first 24 hours of 400mg. The weight loss is amazing, considering I have done no cardio at all and I am not watching my carbs.

Complete DAY 4

aside from the sleep thing the day was fine. I felt fatigued a few times but spent the day entertaining my kids at the pool and on a nature hike. Heat was hit and miss all day. Upping the dose to 400mg didnt really do much in the way of sides. Its 8am now on day 5 and it was a nother restless night of sleep but the sweating was minimal. The scale did not move but that could be water. I had some sweetened yogurt last night to see if simple carbs would spike the heat that I was feeling, nothing happened. Diet was tight all day. DId not work out, I will today at 12 when the gym opens. there is a definate loss of hardness in my muscles. but over all no ill feeling, sweat was bearable all day and energy was pretty much intact. Right now (and I may be wrong) but I feel that the key to feeling "OK" on this shit is suplementation. I am taking a multi anti-oxidant vitimin 2xs daily and drinking 2 12 oz v8s. This along with 200 oz of water definately makes a difference on me. I am intrested in seeing how my workout goes. I know that cardio is out, I just dont feel that motovated.....

n2omaverick, Are you takin 200mg every 24 hours on the dot? If so how do you move up to 400mg? Is it 400mg every 24 hours on the dot? or do you space it out over 36 hours?
 
time line

the spacing for the first 3 days was 24 hours on the dot 7am every day. Now that its 400 its 7am and 7pm, today will be my first day at 600 (thats as high as I am going ) 300mg at 7am and 300mg at 7pm.

Day 5

600mg again today. This seems to be the ticket with regards to heat and sweating. Sleep really sucks..... its a compbo of restlessness and sweating, I am not so sure the two are related. My diet was tight again. work out was fine but staying cool is the key to feeling good. I spent 3 hours in the pool, every time I got out I just got right back in. Cardio is non existant. THe scale hasnt moved in 2 days, hope I am retaining water. Simple carbs definately cause severe sweating. I feel good, but have my moments of lethargy. I upped my dose of letro, which I am convinced is directly related to the reduction of estrogen based fat deposites ie. love handles and tit fat. Everything feels tighter. I am also convinced that the DNP is less effective the lower your body fat. I think if I were 15% or higher that the scale would be showing a greater loss. I am uncertain as to how long I will run this, more than likely 10 days but that depends on how the next 5 days go. I may consider running it for 14 days but that will be dependant on the results.
 
Day 6

Bad sweating through the first half of the day. Keeping cool is the key to feeling good. I didnt feel bad or lethargic just couldnt stop sweating. Its 7am on Day 7 and the scale hasnt moved in 3 days. I was 203 again. Dont know weather I should be disapointed by this or not. DIet came in at 2200 calories, theroretically I should be losing weight without the DNP. Work out was good, but the pump was weak and short lived. I cant stress the importance of benadry enough, I forgot to take it with my 7pm dose and it felt like my throat was tightening up.
 
No update? I hope that you didn't fall over dead.

Are you taking 50mg of Benadryl with your morning dose as well? Doesn't that put you to sleep?
 
DAY 7 & 8 FINAL POST

Day 7 went fine, I stick by all my previous statments but found something out the hard way this morning (day 8) I was in a rush to get off to work and to get all my supliments in including the DNP before my wife got home from 3rd shift. I forgot to eat!!!!!!!! Huge mistake!!!!!!!!!! by 9am I was puking my guts out, and the intake of carbs (simple) to get my blood sugar back up was an exercize in futility.
I had read that a low carb diet on this stuff was dangerous due to most carbs being converted to heat vs glucose. I have made a consious decision to stop the cycle today, and alow all my self to recover.
I was 201 this morning so I have lost 7 pounds in 7 days and I am sure more will come off as I lose the bloat.
So to recap the whole 8 days and what I learned for my next bout with this $hit.
1 Keep the dose lower.....the sides experienced with higher doses are not necessary, DNP still works with a lower dose with less or no sides.
2 Eat every 2 hours but eat small and smart
3 Benadryl is a must
4 staying cool is key to how you feel.
5 300mg in one dose is to much 250 is ok and 200 is better
6 All the weight lost is fat and your strength stays intact very intact
7 a v8 for breakfast is great but not without food
8 a longer run with less mg per day is the way to go.
9 This should only be used by mature people that know when to say when and are willing to walk away for their own good.
10 IT WORKS...... but weigh the risks vs rewards.... diet and cardio for 3-4 months before the use of this will allow you to realize what you can and cannot accomplish on your own.
11 I will do it again but with a much different approach

my personal results are as follows. Profuse sweating, labored breathing, lethargy, but much much tighter in my abdominal area which was my only goal. Well worth the adventure but I am definately looking forward to being clean and feeling normal.

i think that what you learned should be sticky...it would take me all day searching people's reactions to DNP toput together the 12 things you just did
