nice journal!

i think that what you learned should be sticky...it would take me all day searching people's reactions to DNP toput together the 12 things you just did
Thanks for the compliments. This is for all to live and learn. Peace

DNP Journal continued

Just to keep you guys posted on some of my theories. I took 7 days off and started again at a 200mg per day dose, I know I said I would stay here to prove that you dont need to go higher but I literally felt nothing so I took it to 400 mg per day in 2 200mg doses 12 hours appart each. I am on day 8 and have had no side effects at all, this is 2mg per pound of body weight. I haven't had any night sweats or day sweats. Actually I havent really even felt warm. The scale still continues to drop but at a much slower pace. In 8 days (only 4 have been at 400mg) I have only dropped 2-3 pounds. Carb cravings are throught the roof but everything else is perfect. I even cut back on my water intake ( since I am not sweating) and havent taken a single benadryl. I know from what I have read that you have less alergic reactions each and every time you use the substance, but I have literally had all the negative side effects disappear as well. God I love this $hit. I will continue to keep you posted.

Second try

Just an update I am on day 10 at 400 per day, and no bad sides at all, the second time around is much much easier. I havent sweat at all. The ravenous hunger is the biggest problem. Sleep is restless but very bearable. I did once again start to vomit (today) but I quickly took a benadryl and felt much better. I do about every other day have very loose bowl movements but they are well worth the results. One thing I have noticed is a almost cramp like feeling in my chest but more toward the back (lung area) it is very bearable as well, and it comes and goes throughout the day.

hey maverick! i was just checkin in and was wondering how your cycle was going- and how much time off did you take in-between cycles? i just finished my 14-day cycle and i'm still bloated as hell. i was going to take a full 7-8 days off and run clen/eca, then go again with dnp. how long did you wait before your second try?

I took 7 days off, I never really got that bloated, but with 200+ ounces of water daily its hard to imagine that the bloat would be that severe. I think the flushing of the fluids keeps the bloat way down. During the 400mg per day cycle I am on now, I havent seen any bloat at all, which I expected because there has been only minimal sweat. There is no DNP in your system after 3 days so all water should be gone by the 6 or 7 day mark. My scale never moved after I stopped, so if I dropped water weight I quickly put it back on. This could be due to the fact that I started running Deca as soon as I stopped the DNP. Either way my package has come together nicely. I actually got interviewed by the local news paper after winning the Clydesdale
division in a very popular charity 5K race. The first thing they said was "you dont look like a runner" It was classic, running shorts and no shirt will do it every time.
