DNP questions about use in morbidly obese people

dnp is poison.. PERIOD!!! i do not condone the use of DNP for ANY REASON!!

IT CAN KILL YOU!

You shouldn't need DNP to get to 6-8% BF. train harder.

some people may be genetically predisposed to put on weight or lose it slower, but bottom lines are bottom lines. the way you look is almost always a reflection of the lifestyle choices you are making. if you eat an immaculate diet, and you have more flab than you want, train it off. no excuses people i for one am damn sick of it.

get motivated homie. if you need a motivator find one. get committed to your long term health and literally bust yo ass off. get in a pool and walk for an hour every day. if you lose 6lbs per month the healthy way, that's 70 pounds a year. may feel like a long time but big brah, you look back in a few years and you living a life of true health. nothing could feel better i promise you.

Ummm there are medical conditions out there that make losing weight almost impossible or gaining weight extremely easy. Not everyone is fat bc of choice.

Then get the medical condition diagnosed... The likelihood of someone having a condition that would really hinder weight loss is very minuscule anyway.. If you read his full post he said he can't stay on a strict diet. That's why he's a fattass. Plain and simple..

you should quiet down now... find a corner and keep your eyes on it.. your on my shit list

OP i do apologize for the childish characteristics this member has shown in his struggle to understand what proper manners are..

My apologies 3J and OP. I guess sometimes I just get carried away getting my point across. My whole point is that OP should just keep trying to lose weight without the use of any drugs. Dieting down is by far the hardest part of this whole scene because it really requires the great willpower of your mind in combination with your body. I just recently got down to the leanest I've ever been in my life (5%bf) and it did take a lot of hard work and determination. Because there are those days you don't feel like eating the same stuff. I think the key is making your diet food taste food with spices as well as not going into to major of a caloric deficit. My advice for OP would be to seek guidance from someone with real nutritional knowledge such as yourself 3J. Or just someone for guidance at least to stick with the diet. That's the key. Sticking with it.

Typical vile behavior by him. Worthless apology and he'll do it again as he has done in most of his bullying posts. Mind boggling how someone who knows so little can attack others.

I just get fed up with seeing guys wanting to use "x drug" for this or that when there diet/training isn't at what it should be. Not to mention I don't want these guys fucking themselves up. Especially DNP! That's one thing on my list to never touch personally.

Bro, I have seen many your posts and you are always overly aggressive when you don't agree with people and their actions. It's one thing to voice your opinion, and you do have some "decent" advice, but tone it down a little.

I am of the opinion that DNP is safe when used in low doses. I've read the studies from the 1930's and the guys using moderate doses didn't experience many side-effects at all. Honestly, I was even thinking about either tren or DNP myself for the heat as I am being shipped to Alaska in a few months to help out with some very interesting research (I don't need to lose weight but I'm there for 5 weeks and I freeze my ass off even in 60 degree weather).

Considering the AACE is trying to change the ranges for TSH (and tighten them up considerably) this would mean a very sizable portion of the population is in fact hypothyroidic or suffer from sub-clinical hypothyroidism.

You're right. I can't deny the fact I don't have the modest personality, but that's a whole different subject lol. Will do. As much of a dick as I may seem, I am doing it in the common interest of whomever because as I said before I don't want them to fuck themselves up! I guess there's other ways to approach it though as I've learned now.. I already naturally sweat like a pig so I don't wanna see what DNP would do for me in that aspect lol.

Damn Clamp, you freeze at 60deg? That's in my perfect range of temps lol. Could do even colder :D

Hahaha, I gotcha. I hate to see people come here for advice and leave with a sour taste in their mouth. Everyone's opinions are important, just try and keep 'em PG ;)

True. Many docs will misdiagnose as well and say "oh you're perfectly normal" when they are too conservative to test t3.. A good majority of those obese are perfectly normal as well though. Back in the 60s obesity wasn't a pandemic as seen in today's world.. I doubt statistically thyroid issues have risen in the past few decades though

Yeah, I am pretty cold blooded. My natural body temp is around 96-97 Fahrenheit and my mom and sister are about the same so I figure it's genetic. Not sure why, just the way we are. I'm meant for Cali weather, Alaska is going to suck big time (from a comfort standpoint). :'(

Damn that's crazy brother. I run at around 99.4 and am always hit lol. 70deg is getting a little high for my tastes lol. Clen would also raise your temps as another possibility for you. My cousin and her husband did their honeymoon in Alaska, they said it was def colder but not really as bad as they though it would be (they were picturing Siberia during a blizzard as everyday weather hahaha). Anyway best of luck up north, its beautiful there :)

Lucky bastard, can I borrow your genetics for a few weeks? :)

I don't want to run clen because the whole heart necrosis issue, that scares me even more than DNP. I'll definitely be bringing a lot of thick jackets with me.

i had a look at his posts.. i would have to agree.. seems he admits to it too.. at least he has the decency to apologize..

you cant treat members like a beaten dog.. no one said he is giving horrible advice, if he was this would be a different convo... its just too aggressive.. we can hope he will calm down and be nicer to people in his advice..

ology doesn't tolerate flaming of that sort.. its a sure bet to get you banned

if you had said it like that i would have repped you some greens instead of having to put you on blast for your rude remarks
